Rhisiart Tal-e-bot Celtic League General Secretary reported to the Cardiff AGM on initiatives over the past year to strengthen overseas links. The meeting adopted a resolution mandating Council Officer to progress initiatives which would enable the League:

"To build on its links, develop cooperation and establish new contacts with other organisations and groups internationally that work to promote the Celtic languages, culture and identity of the Celtic people e.g. Office of Gaelic Affairs in Nova Scotia."
