Plaid Cymru has today unveiled its plans to oversee a planning revolution in Wales.  Plaid Cymru AM Elin Jones who is also the Welsh rural affairs minister, said that in government the party would look to introduce a simpler, quicker and less bureaucratic system that would be more suited to Welsh need.  She added that the complete reform of the Welsh planning system would encourage the development of a low carbon economy which would be developed in order to benefits Wales’ communities, businesses and environment.
