NEWS FROM THE CELTIC LEAGUE The General Secretary of the Celtic League has welcomed a new language initiative announced at the National Eisteddfod, Rhisiart Talebot said: ?The development of new Welsh language initiatives and the extension of existing ones announced at the National Eisteddfod in Meifod by the First Minister this week is welcome news. In particular the financial boost to roll out of the Welsh Language Charter across the north of Wales to develop of the Welsh language in primary schools will help towards the goal of every child leaving school fluent in Welsh.?
